Melanie is is my regular stylist. She is always does an excellent job. I have never gotten a haircut from her that I wasn’t totally happy with. She is good at cutting and styling my hair and does her best to “increase the volume and coverage” for my follicular challenges. She has never told me I was going bald in spite of the fact that she would be just commenting on the obvious. Even though I have been a client for some time she still tells me what she is doing/going to do and addresses any concerns I might have. She’s fun to chat wth and asks about my kids and husband - not nosey, but interested. And she probably knows where the bodies are buried and I love that about her.
The stylists are extra nice and I always get what I ask for.

I like the two ladies who cut my hair, they do a great job, listen, are friendly and are knowledgeable. I like that they focus on the cut, not styling, I'm not one that dries, curls, etc so it's a perfect place for me.

The stylists listen to my concerns and needs. Easy same day check in and excellent in house hair products that work. The menu needs to show the $27 haircut, which turns out most men do not want a hair wash, needs to be on the board behind the counter. The $30 cut gets a hair wash but no conditioner? That is weird and the stylist told me most do not want the conditioner which is also weird. I only get my hair cut four or five times a year so i want the full experience. Now I know I have to go for the $33 option.

I have been having my hair cut at this store since it opened seven years ago. I tend to stick with the same stylist and only see someone else when my favorite leaves your employment. Christine has cut my hair for a couple years and always does an exceptional job. She is professional, friendly, and always sends me off looking better than ever. I have received compliments on my appearance after a session with her. It goes without saying that I will be back. I am a big fan of your MVP treatment. I have purchased one of your hair products on the recommendation of the stylist and am pleased with its effectiveness and continue to use it. I have and continue to recommend Sports Clips to people I meet an interact with, always telling people that my experience at this shop with this stylist is simply the best.
