I like the variety of different levels and types of classes, as well as multiple times that work for my schedule. I have loved the addition of the Tef Loght therapy panels to some of the classes and would definitely recommend CorePower and keeps them as a choice for us students, as well as add even more classes with them each day. I would like to see other studios have them too. I instructors are very upbeat, well trained and highly encouraging
Studio was clean and well organized, instructor Claire was amazing, I really enjoyed her class. Would recommend her class, she is challenging and knowledgeable.
Rocky is a very thoughtful instructor, and has a very approachable teaching style. I want to take more of her classes when i can find the time.

I took C1 with Arianna at the marina location and it was great. She had great tone and easy to follow instructions. I enjoyed her energy and would recommend her class to anyone!
Arianna Boyce was my teacher today and she was AMAZING! Her energy, presence, intentions, and explanations were so wonderful. I felt so empowered and proud of myself after my class. I will absolutely be back to see her again!!
