Friendly teachers will good classes. Clean studio. Sometimes classes are a little too warm, especially C2 after sculpt. Would loooooove to see cold cloths like Littleton and Belmar offer. Thank you!

The check in process for someone who already signed up online in advance and has taken 40 classes, primarily in Walnut Creek is terribly inefficient and to be brutally honest, stupid. Other than that, I’m a fan of the classes and the workouts.
I truly love my instructor, Courtney. She provides verbal cues for us to adjust as we move from one posture to another, and consistently walks around and physically adjust us as needed. It was her attentiveness that hooked me on her class. I only attend once a week, and this is the only class I attend.
Fantastic classes, wonderful, welcoming teachers, clean locker rooms and showers and a ton of locations with the same high standards.

A clean, inviting place to exercise. The instructors give you a challenging workout, and always point out what body parts to target and what to protect. I love Adrian’s class, along with all the other instructors. Would highly recommend this location.
The studio is very welcoming, clean, and bright. All of the classes I attend are wonderful and while each teaching style is different, they all provide great feedback and support during the class. I enjoy each time there and feel like I have made good progress with my practice and confidence. You can also sign up for a free week which was helpful in the beginning. It let me try different classes and decide if it was the right fit for me. I highly recommend this studio and the teachers!

I do definitely enjoy yoga classes with great instruction. I am including a comment here about a couple of instructors with about 3 yrs tenure spending class time cleaning or adjusting music/temperature while also giving queues. It makes it difficult to hear them while they are facing the back wall. Its as though they expect the students to know the routine. In case this is a national comment box, I am referring to the Aurora CO studio.
The Cherry Hills location is the absolute best! All the teachers I’ve had have been so welcoming and engaging during classes. I truly haven’t taken a bad one yet.
