I go to both Waverly and Donald, and prefer the space at Waverly. Great windows and not quite as cramped.

What do you like about our services?

The hot yoga studio on Gertrude is extremely conducive to hot yoga, it just feels right. Excellent instructions. And love the $5.00 Friday night classes. I especially like that the money goes to charity. That’s huge!

What do you like about our services?

I like the instructors and the cleanliness. My favourite class is hot hatha and I really like the late time slot. I would love a Friday and Saturday 9pm class as well!

Modo is great community; there are classes for everyone and bikram reshapes your mind and spirit like few other activities. It's so valuable, and I love sharing Modo with friends and family!

What do you like about our services?

I like that the practice is not just about the physical benefits but the focus on the mental benefits as well. I like the class starting and ending with an intention and when the teachers provide additional physiological effects of yoga on the body.
