I love the entire atmosphere. The front desk staff are so welcoming, the instructors provide high quality classes and the studio itself is always clean, smells fresh and nice and warm. It is a wonderful place to escape the stressors of life and just breathe....

I enjoy how the classes are modo and yoga classes are constucted with themes, rhythmic flows, and aims to keep you concentrated the whole time. The music isn't too loud, the room is always clean, and your structors are always kind.
I'd like more adjustments. I go maybe 1-3x per week and I feel like Im getting better with each class when it comes to breathing, flexibility, and comfort in trusting the flow from position to position. With that being said I love when my practice is tweaked because I can't see my body from all angles.

Love the studio, energy and community, I always feel welcome and at home. I always share with others how much I love Modo and that it’s the only boutique studio that I pay for above and beyond my gym membership that also has yoga.
Will there be a 20 punch card again maybe around the holidays?
Love the Friday night charity class, always feels good to attend and be apart of giving back in another way. I’d be fun to switch up the format, maybe a flow class thrown in there for variety.
I missed the special 90 minute Modo classes in the fall taught by Dave due to a cycling training schedule, any chance they’ll be back for the winter months?

I like the welcoming from staff upon arrival, i like the ample parking at both locations, i like the cleansers offered in the showers -i have sensitive skin so nice I don't have to worry about lugging products with me, filtered water is much appreciated, clean hot room is appreciated, instructors who give options to simplify or intensify a pose is appreciated too.
Each type of class has its strong points. All the instructors are great! A large number of classes are offered each week at different times. The membership options start at guest passes and unlimited attendance with periodic payments all at extremely reasonable prices. The community involvement makes your participation benefit more people than just yourself and others at the classes.
I love that it’s a completely judgement free zone! I always feel comfortable when stepping into the studio. Keep up the great work!
