I am so happy to be a part of the Modo Yoga community. Moksha yoga for me is a fusion of mind body spirit led by amazing instructors like Lise Mireault. Lise's last Hot Haitha class was what I can only describe as magical. Her restorative classes are always amazing, she surprises & energizes us by adding new postures to her extensive knowledge of yoga, each class feels new and innovative and keeps me coming back for more. Her Moksha classes are amazing as well. Overall her cueing skills and words make each class she teaches a pleasure to attend. Many thanks to Leslie and Sean for great hands on adjustments provided at Hot Haitha classes. Namaste

I love the quiet of the hot room. The smiles at the front desk & pretty much everywhere throughout. The classes are just enough challenge & comfort. Love how I feel when I leave.
Beautiful, welcoming,serene space. The locker rooms and studios are impeccably clean. The staff is friendly, helpful and encouraging. The instructors are great at calmly explaining the poses and the intentions are consistently motivating. Phill’s playlists are fantastic! Every dish I’ve had from the cafe has been delicious.
Can’t wait for the parking lot to be done.

I like the variety of classes offered whether that be
Barre or Hot flow, Hatha to Prana flow to Yin to modo classe. There truly is something for everyone.

I feel welcome! It’s hard for me to feel comfortable in a group setting but my insecurities melt away in practice and I feel like I belong ❤️
