Friendly staff. Clean facility. And Lise who does hot Hatha at the Waverley location is the best - her explanations and directions makes it so easy to follow and participate. Thank you Lise!

Convenient times (though I wish there were 8am classes on holidays) and I like that each instructor puts their own personality into classes so each experience is unique - love the variation!
