It’s a calm and enjoyable time every time I take a class. I really enjoy it and don’t stress about how I will do during the class or will I be able to keep up. I come out feeling really great too.
The instructors and facilities are amazing. I had a membership and then left for a big box gym thinking the yoga would be comparable. BIg mistake. I’m back and will never leave again, this studio and everything it brings to the table makes it the best value here in Minneapolis.
Sense of community
Many classes throughout the day... feel comfortable to ask questions and take breaks as needed since I haven't done yoga in a long time. Also very welcoming environment.

The studio varies the type of class and the Instructors are very creative; you never take the same class twice! Instructors frequently offer variations for the poses, which is exceedingly helpful.
Overall hot yoga experience was perfect!
I love your Moksha classes, however the schedule seems to have changed in the last few months and there are now very few Moksha classes offered at Waverley after 7pm! I would love a 7:30 or 9pmclass on another day ... right now the only evening class is Wednesday :(

Modo yoga has a very warm and inviting atmosphere. It is a community, and even when you are new to the place, you still feel welcomed and don't feel like an outsider. Everyone is very warm and welcoming

Love the studio and classes. Miss the music in Modo 60, the charity class on Friday included music and it was such a nice change up!
Classes, are really good, instructors very knowledgeable. I would like to have more options for yoga classes in the non-heated space
