I loved the way the instructor helped me - this was my 1st time and I didn't quite understand 1 or 2 of the poses. I also liked how relaxed an atmosphere it was.

I am new to Minneapolis and I have tried several studios. They all have their own personality. So far, I have enjoyed Moda the most because of the knowledgeable instructors and the welcoming feeling when I walk into the front door. Their ‘hot’ room is a nice temperature without feeling overbearing and the studio itself is clean, super cool and spacious. I can’t wait for them to open their cafe next door.

I love Moksha Yoga Studios... but please bring back the 9pm Friday class time :)
