challenging but different from your normal gym class
The staff are all friendly and accommodating to new class participants. The studios and lobby are very clean and inviting.
I have done all of the local barre classes and I like barre3 the most. This is because it is a good workout but the positions do not put extra strain on the body and it is easier to modify for those over a certain age. :) Good music too! I also have a subscription to the online workouts that I love!
Childcare option. Instructors great. Clean. Fun.

The facility is very nice, easy to get to and park. The staff is excellent, very helpful, caring and friendly, and the class was exactly what I was looking for. It was challenging but doable and I will definitely be back.

Great classes
Staff is friendly and helpful. Workouts r different everyday with the different instructors. Studio is well equipped. Facility is clean and am appreciative of the little things like Kleenex, hand sanitizers, etc.

Great class; wonderful instructors
Excellent instructor. It was first time and I am 53 years old and need to lose about 30lbs. I was very comfortable, got in a great workout and felt like I could do anything after I left! Thank you.

Great teachers and friendly atmosphere
Very responsive helpful reception as ran into obstacle on computer this morning adding my daughter and signing both of us up. The instructor's are always so energetic and positive. The studio is bright, professional and fun!
