Fun friendly staff and a workout that is complete and unlike any other workout I have done.
Staff and instructors are always upbeat and helpful. I like the variety in class times and that each class is always a little bit different and offers modifications.
This was my first barre3 class, and I enjoyed it very much! The instructor (Ashley) was very welcoming, and gave me some good adjustments during the class without making me feel like I was a total doofus (ha!). I got a great workout and really wish we had barre3 where I live in Indianapolis.

I wish you had a place at Midtown where multiple people could get showered and ready at once, so that people who work downtown could come in the morning on their way to work.

I love the class set up, the workout itself, have not taken a bad class or the same class twice, instructors are fantastic, great cardio boost with combo work, love the juices for sale and enjoy the work out!

It was great. The teacher was awesome. The studio was very nice. I would recommend more bike parking out front, that would be my only suggestion.

Going to Barre 3 is my 'me' time. It has improved my body and my self esteem. I love all the instructors - especially Olya! The childcare is fantastic and my daughter loves playing with Grace. I tell friends about Barre 3 all the time!
