Clean light bright facility. Upbeat instructors. Fun. And 3 hour parking with grocery and restaurants nearby. I can also roll over in bed easily after only a few weeks!

The classes are fairly consistant. Lindsay Parks is as amazing as the foundations class itself. She puts personality, style and creativity into her classes. I can always plan a terrific workout with her.
