It is the most quick and effective body shaping class that I have taken. All of the instructors are skilled. All of the staff is friendly and professional and the facilities are clean and well appointed.
Nice instructors. I like when the routines are different every time to keep the muscles from becoming complacent. Some instructors use more variety than others. My favorite instructors who vary their exercises. I like it when the class is difficult and I am sore for a couple of days. If I am not sore I tend to worry. It is a good way to exercise in a one hour period. The facility is clean. We do run out of towels on Thursdays too frequently.

The staff were great - friendly, helpful, made sure to check in with me to make sure that I was doing ok. The facilities are clean and calming. I also liked the structure of the class and exercises - I walked out feeling great, which has not been the case in other barre classes I've attended in other studios. Thanks for a great first class!
I really like how each instructor I've had so far goes around the room to check on each client before class. Also, they have been very motivating and helpful!

Wow! Why did I wait so long before taking a barre class? :) I've participated in countless fitness class (Zumba, BodyPump, HIIT, Buti, Spin, etc.) but have never taken a barre class before. I consider myself in pretty good shape, but after two barre classes, I can feel muscles being worked that haven't been worked before. I found the classes to be challenging, but not intimidating. I love that the instructors offered modifications. The music is great, and the hour flies by. I might be hooked! Looking forward to many more barre3 classes in the future.
