Clean, inviting environment. The little "touches" in the restroom. The great garage door feature. And, of course, the amazing workout!

I like the combination of ballet,yoga and pilates. I feel like even though I'm not able to do everything correctly all the time, if I work it will be more attainable than other bar classes I've tried.

I really love b3. It's a fantastic exercise regimen, makes me feel and look great and it's awesome that there's childcare available.
My only critique is that I can NEVER get in to any classes with instructors that I know and prefer. I am almost always wait listed or completely locked out. This was so discouraging to me that I took a 5mo break from class.
A suggestion/possible alternative would be to allow online sign up 48h ahead of time. That way everyone has an opportunity to sign up.

Love the location & easily found free parking (mid-wk a.m. class). Absolutely loved the class taught by a visiting instructor, Caitlin Walker, and noticed several women after the class asking her when she usually taught so they could sign up for more of her classes.

The staff is great!!! Always nice to see Dixie and I enjoy Carley and Shanna as instructors. I am usually very sore leaving class so I know it is working.
