The uniqueness of the staff. Each teacher brings their own flare to the class with music and personality and I just love it! Darci is amazing. She's friendly and loving and genuinely cares about each and every one of her clients. We all show up in different shapes, sizes and walks of life and it doesn't matter here. You leave feeling so good about yourself and so glad you decided to show up. One of the best places to be to strengthen yourself in so many ways!

Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The space is lovely and bathrooms are spa like. Also the workouts and instructors are fun and challenging.

The class was amazing. It was my first barre class, recommended by my dear friend, Gwen. It's hard to believe such small movements can make such a big difference. I love it! I lost 80 lbs last year and have been walking and doing elliptical at the gym, but this is what I need now. I liked the instructor very much. Very positive and friendly. She seemed to do a great job of greeting everyone to find out issues they might have and correcting posture during the class. She was very encouraging and made my first experience very pleasant! Don't get me wrong. I worked my butt off and it's going to hurt more tomorrow, but I can't wait to come back and use my free pass for my birthday on Friday. Thank you for that!
I absolutely love all of the instructors and appreciate the work they put in to each session. No matter who is teaching, I can count on a fun and challenging hour. That's why I keep coming back... And I am really seeing positive changes in my strength and tone. I also am thankful I have such a clean place to workout! That is important to me too. :)
