I've been to a bunch of studios in atlanta for varies workouts and this is by far the nicest. Nicest in that the people are friendly!! Finally a non-stuffy place to workout! The work out is great. After having done Blast900 for a year I thought this would be a breeze. I was wrong! Excellent workout and a friendly place is impossible and you've done it!
