Love that each of the classes are different and never repetitive. Never gets boring! Also love the enthusiasm of all the instructors. They always make you feel welcome and motivated to work harder. Class times are also great for my schedule. I look forward to coming to class!
I like the instructors and how they always introduce themselves and know your name. There is also a great variety of class times that fit my changing schedule. I also appreciate the online access page to see the schedules and sign up online.

I find that the environment is open, friendly and instructors motivate you to take it to the next level without causing you pain or making you do something you are not comfortable in.
