Classes are challenging and fun! The space is clean and beautiful. Instructors are encouraging and friendly. The Doylestown studio is just an amazing place that fosters wellness kindness and empowerment. Angie is so sweet and an all around wonderful person. I always look forward to attending classes here!

The studio is beautiful. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. I love that it's encouraged to go at your own pace and make adjustments. There's no shame. I love seeing older women too.

Our instructor Wendy was wonderful!!! Very upbeat and caring. Wendy made sure that everyone was performing the exercises safely. I really enjoyed her class.

From the minute I walked in I felt welcome and supported. What a wondeful experience. I was greeted by a beautiful young woman who immediately made me feel at home. The instructor was well prepared, gave great instructions and cues.

Everyone is super friendly and professional. Way more helpful than other places. I appreciate the instructors know you know what's best for your body and are there to support you. I also really like that the shower area is so nice and clean.
