Each instructor has made an effort to connect with me before, during and after each class. The workouts are challanging but we are encouraged to modify as needed so I don't need to worry about being completely out of my league . The overall vibe is encouraging and supportive.

Very friendly from the moment I walked in. The instructor was so thoughtful about the fact that I was new to Barre and wasn't familiar with the program and haven't exercised in a while. The class was great for me in that I could keep up with what she did, and was gently "pushed" to do the exercises. She gave me personal pointers to help me keep up and make sure I was doing the exercises correctly.
