Everything, it's an extremely challenging workout. The instructors are all fabulous. I love that no two classes are exactly the same even when you have the same instructor. As a result, you never get bored and the class is always a challenge. While I have always worked out, mostly running for the past 30 years, I feel like I am better toned then I have been in my life. My only wish is that the studio would offer more 430 classes during the week.
Friendly staff who use my name and my daughter's name daily. Welcoming environment. Open to feedback and make positive changes after receiving feedback. Regular child care and great child care providers. Positive, uplifting community feeling.
I love the barre3 program. I don't worry about judgement when I have to adjust because of my back. It is great that the instructors give you several different options. The staff is amazing, caring and really interested in you. I'm a clean freak so I like the appearance of the facility. I like looking out the windows when its not too hot!
Classes are fun and you really can feel a difference in your body
