What do you like about our services?

Warm and personable, the instructors greet you by name. There is no body or modification shaming, and instructors are always watching out for injuries. It's an intense workout at times, but not too intense that you can injure yourself. I've been attending for around 3 months, and I feel stronger, have better posture, and just feel better overall after I attend class!

EVERYTHING!!! I love that Barre3 is family owned and committed to giving back to the community. The passion that the Pederson's have is evident in everything they do from making sure the studio is spotless to putting on fun events like monthly DJ classes and Barre3 in the Park.

The service you offer is excellent-I love the Barre3 method. I always feel challenged no matter my fitness or energy level that day and I always wake up the next day the good kind of sore all over. Your instructors are friendly and helpful, the scheduling app is easy to use, and the studio I attend on Capitol Hill is well maintained and feels like a spa.
