I finally found a workout that is fun and delivers results without injury to my back. I love the clean facility, the knowledgable instructors and the friends I've made while exercising.
The instructor made me feel at ease and gave me positive feedback to improve my posture and do the poses correctly. The only challenge was when we were facing the bar, it was challenging to see what the instructor was doing behind us.
clean beautiful facility, fun, challenging classes. Lately some instructors have had music toooooo loud. Since this is my relaxing time it doesn't need to be like a nightclub. :)

FRIENDLY STUDIO, GOOD CLASS.
I love the people that work there, very friendly. Mindy was very nice to give my mom and I access to the online videos. The studio is very clean and beautifully organized. I loved our teacher Lacey, she was wonderful. It was an overall great workout and loved the environment.
Most instructors are great, and the staff, in general, incredibly helpful. Having said that, I have not found the online process, and responsiveness of the online support, to be as user friendly as would seem reasonable to expect.
