Instructor was clear,knowledgeable, and not too loud . Space was lovely and cool and the music wasn't too loud. Really liked having a towel.

I'd recommend the 6 am workouts. Instructors bring good energy in the morning and parking is easy. Also a nice way to start the day.

Without the kind of movement we do at barre3, I would be in constant pain... All the instructors are so knowledgable about bodies and movement and they each have their own style of delivery which makes it fun as personalities emerge.

Extremely friendly staff, great childcare, and excellent, easy to follow workout. I feel very sore today (yay!). I wish the classes were a little more in my price range though and that they had a sibling discount for childcare. Hoping to return soon!

I LOVED going to barre3 Winter Park. Ashley Dishman is an amazing instructor. I enjoyed meeting so many friendly folks during my class. The vibe in the studio was friendly, inviting, and wonderful. I plan on going back with my family. I will recommend barre3 Winter Park to friends, family, and business associates. The class wasn't easy but I am excited about exercise again after just one class at barre3. I am already looking forward to coming back for more. The front desk staff was helpful and spent plenty of time with me. I ended up getting a barre3 bottle for my house. I use it every day to fill up with water. It's amazing how much more water I need to drink during the summer. The humidity at times outside is hard for me so doing a class inside is ideal. The location of the studio so close to Park Avenue and so near Lulu lemon is perfect. I enjoy going to Park Avenue to shop so it's fun to have barre3 right in the heart of town.

What do you like about our services?

The atmosphere is great. Easy to follow class for first timers, and helpful pointers to ensure movements are done correctly. I loved that the workout is full body.

It is a great workout and it is low impact. The teacher was wonderful, watchful and encouraging. I appreciate the location and the cleanliness of the facility. Overall I can say I was very impressed. The cost is high and I wish it were not quite so much but I will try the unlimited 1 month for new clients.
