I loved that the instructor of my class treated me so well as a first time attendee. She was very thoughtful to walk me through what barre would be like and through the class spent time to help me with my moves. I am instantly hooked and I can't wait for my next class!

I love the structure of the classes and that it hits every body part. I also love the instructors positive attitudes and energy. It makes it fun!

What do you like about our services?

I love the barre workout and I feel like I get a great one at barre3. I feel challenged, but not pressured to do everything if my body says no. Everyone is friendly and helpful at the Southeast location. On the convenience side, I like being able to register for classes online and then walk to the studio since I live close enough.

Yesterday, 7/3/15, was mine and my best friend's first visit and although the the workout was extremely challenging, we felt great afterwards! Kimberly was our instructor and she was awesome and came over to my friend and I multiple times throughout the workout to correct our postures and make sure that we were feeling okay. I really liked how clean and organized the studio was and the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely going to come back!
