The space is very clean, and the instructors and staff were very helpful. Great total body workout both physically and mentally.
The specific moves vary each visit which keeps it from getting too boring and helps with toning different muscles. I feel like I can see results if I do classes at least 3 times a week. All the instructors are friendly and encouraging.

I really enjoy workouts that are designed to sculpt and lengthen, but are also upbeat. Also, both Barre3 studios I've been to were fun environments with friendly,welcoming people.
Fun class the instructor was Awsome so energetic and demonstrated everything perfectly
The studio is beautiful and I appreciate the AC running since its been so hot out.
You also have really cute clothes to purchase which I always like too!
