I love that it's a full body workout, but very low-impact. All the modifications help me adjust to make it work better for me. I also love that every workout feels different. Whether it's the same instructor or someone else, you always feel like you got a different and better experience out of the class.

Getting your heart rate elevated while working small muscle groups. VERY effective
I like that there are options (layers) to an exercise and that for some, you may go at your own pace while still getting a good workout. It's an hour long which seems to be just the right length before my mind wants to say, "enough!" Maddie was also very clear with her instructions making it easy to follow with the proper form. It's amazing that she can explain the posture without breaking the momentum of the instruction for the whole class.
The classes are fun and it really feels like a full body workout. I like that the time is spent to target different muscle groups and it really feels like you are tiring them out well.
Excellent teachers, friendliness of everyone who works there, the efforts they make to greet you by name. I love how effective the workout is and it is safe to do it daily -- it doesn't cause injuries over time but builds strength. The location on the river is uplifting. I only wish you would bring back the couch and low upholstered bench in the locker room / seating area because it's a lot less cozy now and there is nowhere to hang out in comfort before and after class.
The instructors and excellent, the moves are so good for my body, and the music makes it all so much more fun. I love, love, love it.
It's been great.. Like the schedule and the free classes you offer. I love barre.. Anytime I can get some time for myself is a good thing. Appreciate your support of moms getting healthier!
