Great instruction, workout is never the same twice. Great mixture of strength, cardio and stretching. First exercise I've ENJOYED in a long time, and I'm in the best shape I've been in for several years. Instructors are caring, personable, and cue really well. Megan sets the tone and makes everyone welcome.

I had a class with Jill and thought she was a great instructor. I always mention Barre3 most recently to my chiropractor in Frisco on Main Street, Lori Tieperman. When I was going to Barre on a regular basis I did not have many flare ups with my lower back. Might be a good partnership.

What did you like about your barre3 experience?

I thought the teacher was excellent. The routine and focus was different than the others I've had but was a good work out and interesting. The music is always too loud!
(I do want you to know that when I first signed on for 5 classes, I came twice within 3 weeks and both times, the class was cancelled that I tried to attend.
I was annoyed about it but learned that I MUST call before believing the schedule is to
be trusted. Otherwise, it's a lovely facility with very good staff and it
s nice to have a place to exercise when I get my act together.

Love barre3! My only recommendation is the UA studio runs out of towels a lot. Can more be ordered? The small washcloths just don't work for me- I sweat! :)

Barre3 is a big part of my life. When I walk in the door I feel embraced by caring strong people. I love the way I feel after a workout. I have gotten stronger and happier since I started two years ago. I am so much more in tune with my body. Thank you. I love you!!

What did you like about your barre3 experience?

I love barre3 Los Altos! Specifically, I think Lexi, Jessica M, Gillian, Eva, and Katie deserve special recognition for their talent - they keep the classes fresh and mix up the routines and music so there isn't a chance of boredom for those of us who attend regularly. (I also know other instructors are great, but these are the ones I normally see at the class times I attend. I am thrilled about the early morning weekend classes (thank you so much for adding those!!!) and I am also continually grateful for the 7 p.m. weekday classes - they are necessary for working moms like me!
One thing I think could be clarified for the future: when there are sales on clothing in studio, it would help to have employees be able to readily explain why the member discount (which as posted reads 15% on purchases with no fine print about sales) was not applicable to sale pricing as well. I think it seems strange that the 15% discount is not for sale items - just my 2 cents!
Lastly - will there be an in-studio challenge in January?
