I primarily weight/circuit train with some running and feel like I've lost a lot of flexibility. Barre3 challenges me to incorporate big stretches into my workout, making me a better overall athelete.

What did you like about your barre3 experience?

I always love going to barre. I know that the teachers are all fun and supportive. They make class enjoyable and kick my butt at the same time. This is the first workout where I don't watch the clock the whole hour and wait for it to end.
