I absolutely loved my first experience. I've taken a lot of classes, specifically yoga, and never understood why people had to be so serious and quiet. The room was full of fun, enthusiastic women supporting each other. I got a great workout and enjoyed myself immensely. I felt like I was in the company of friends.
