Paul was on time and very friendly. He had to work in a messy environment outside due to basement waterproofing and didn’t track mud through the house. Which was greatly appreciated. He was there for the time allotted and sent a very thorough inspection report when completed.
Hal was a great resource to provide a meticulous report. He also took the time to explain things in layman's terms so that we understood the inner workings. It was especially important to us since our house is quite large and wanted a very detailed analysis which he provided in spades.
