Attention to detail and very comprehensive. It was nice to have it broken down into the various sections of the home; plumbing, electrical, roofing and all cosmetic issues as well. The photos included were very good. Since we weren’t there for the inspection, it was very helpful to see them. Will call Mike again when it’s time for the one year inspection on our new home.

Knowledge

Highland Home inspectors did a thorough inspection of our old ( over 100 years) church building and provided a detailed report identifying areas requiring attention. The information is very useful for planning and prioritizing repair and maintenance activities. Richard was punctual and available for questions and discussions. The charge for the inspection was quite reasonable and a good value for the work performed. I would use Highland Home Inspections again when the need arises and wholeheartedly recommend them for your home/building inspection needs.
