Chad was very knowledgeable and friendly, walked me through his thought process and past experiences as he inspected my prospective new home.

I loved that the inspector walked me through the home and explained everything he was looking at to me, As the first time home buyer I was petrified of the process and what might be found when inspecting my home, the inspector helped keep me calm and again like I expressed explained every single thing to me so when I left the inspection I felt confident as a homeowner and was made very well aware of the small fixes. I needed to do in order to make it my dream home! The inspector was so thorough.
With his inspection and explanations I had no doubt when I went home that evening that was the house I was purchasing! I would recommend niagara Peninsula, home inspections to anyone looking to have a home inspected, they went above and it couldn't be happier.

Our inspector was very thorough, personable, and began by asking us if there were any areas we really wanted checked/concerns that we had. He had a great wealth of knowledge, and made us feel very comfortable with the quality of our inspection. Our home is a new build that had been through several town inspections, but our inspector caught a pretty significant water leak. This was in a very small crawlspace that really had to be sought out in order to notice. We were very impressed!

Chad is extremely knowledgeable and will take the time to discuss and review any issues. He is very passionate about ensuring that any issues with a house are Well documented.
