The people have all been very kind and understanding. I don’t know much about haircuts, just kinda have a small idea of how I want my haircut. They easily filled the gaps in my knowledge.

The stylist disregarded how my son (14) wanted his hair trimmed, and instead face him one of the worst haircuts if his life. The manager waived the fee and offered another free haircut - but this is the second awful haircut and we will never use a Sports Clips again. I am not the type to cause a scene, or trash a company online - I will however tell everyone about our experience, so will my teenage son.
I was a customer at the store in Atascosita but due to traffic work and lights, I decided to try the store in Porter. Same great service but easier and faster to get to from Liberty, TX.

Worst haircut my poor son has ever received! It was for back to school & it looks horrible! I even had to cut some parts myself when he got home because it was so bad! We will never go back here again & will tell everyone not to use this location!

I've sent in my opinions many times before and the last time I got a response from someone arguing that my opinion was wrong and when you ask someone's opinion, they tell you how they feel so that can't be wrong. It's my "opinion" from my direct experience as a customer at sports clips that I rarely get an experienced hair cutter, so as a result the quality of my haircuts is usually not very favorable. There is a big difference in a quality hair cut between a stylist with 10 years' experience and 1 year experience, but my argument is that I shouldn't pay the same rate for someone to cut my hair who has only held a license for 1 year which doesn't mean they have been cutting hair for a year. I say all that to say I don't feel like i get my moneys worth getting services at sports clips.
