Friendly service and great haircut
My grand-son loves his hair cut
I have 3 daughters. Usually their Mom trims their hair but we recieved coupons at our church for a free haircut for 1st time clients, so we decided to try out Sport Clips. The problem we had was the coupons say free haircut, but after the girls were finished, we were told that it's an extra $10 each because they had hair below their shoulders. The manager came over and made sure we were charged for 2 of the girls, they waived the third because all they did was trim 1/2 inch off. No where on the coupon, no where in the store, no where on the website does it say anything about this charge. I dont understand how they can make up a charge without saying anything or having any kind of signage or info. The manager was unwilling to waive the charges even though we werent told up front and there was no signage anywhere. We were first time customers and my wife told the manager that we only brought enough cash for the tip, but she was more worries about the stores bottom line than her stylists getting a tip. Needless to say, we won't be going back. I still gave 2 stars because the 3 stylist were very nice and did a good job.

Always nice and friendly service. Quick service with great quality. Stylist take the time to remember the customers.

The store needs some attention though. The franchise owner needs to spend a few dollars to fix broken TVs and broken shampoo chairs. They have been broken for months! C'mon man!

Service is always good. Staff works hard to do their job well. Ladies are very polite and knowledgeable of the products they offer. Professional and caring when cutting my son's hair since he was 4.

Great service. Professional hair stylists
My son was the one who told me about Sports Clips he takes his son there now I take both of my grandkids including myself. I like it the way you can set up your appointments by text and even as a walk in your taken care of pretty quickly. Wouldn't go anywhere else I hope Sports clip is here too stay, each one of the ladies you get to cut your hair are courteous and professional and always make you feel comfortable even with small kids their very patient and under standing I have another grandson but he's easy to little yet but his PaPa will be taking him to Sports Clip as he get older.
Staff is always pleasant, eager to please and listen to your requests. Motivated to give you a great experience.

Wait time is excessive. Stylists are openly discussing matters not meant for public consumption. No mention of other services. Do not care for the capturing of my contact info. I will be looking g elsewhere for my future needs.
Fix your broken shampoo chair that has been down fo almost a year!!!
Tell your app developers to quit trying to improve the app every 6 months or so because each time they make it worse!!!! Tell them to think like a paying customer and not like a technician!!! We… the customer needs confirmation when scheduling with a favorite hair stylist. Also, do not keep the customer from scheduling even if it is over an hour wait!!!!!!
