I was referred to Fleet Feet by my Doctor fo a pair of Hoka shoes. The salesman who took care of me was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to explain some of the things my doctor had said that I did not understand at the time. The shoes fit perfectly. The only problem is they are so much more comfortable than any I own, I think It will be difficult to wear my other shoes for any length of time.

I love that Fleet Feet isn't just a store selling products, they are part of the community they serve, they offer training programs and custom shoe fitting based on your stride and what you plan on using it for (they really listen to what you like and don't like about the shoes). They also listen to what you like to offer suggestions on other products that might be useful. Best of all, their workers are runners just like me, so I see them out on the runs, talk with them about personal experiences they have that I can relate to as a fellow runner.

I’m a running shoe nerd that would’ve liked to have more colors to choose from in the various styles I tried in. The 4 shoes I tried on each only had the color variant presented to me. Not a big deal. Excellent service and friendliness.
The personal service received each time I visit the store is wonderful! The training programs are so valuable in helping me achieve my goals. And the friends I have made in the running programs are the best!

I went to two other "specialty" shoe stores in town, and was told, that because of my large shoe size ( womans 12 1/2), that I was very limited to feminim looking shoes. The shoes they kept bringing me were mens shoes! They looked horrible! Like Herman Munster shoes! The men in both stores seemed very frustrated with me that I didn't just settle for them. I then went to Fleet feet, where the young lady was so nice and so helpful! She understood that fashion and comfort were important. She took her time with me, and guess what? We found a shoe that was both. I really appreciate how she actually listened and understood my delimma. Girls with big feet want to look cute too! Thank you Fleet Feet!!
