The customer service is exceptional. They have the highest technology available to fit your feet into the perfect shoe fit for you. Before Fleet Feet I was having leg pains and lower back pain from not taking the time to buy the right pair of shoes for myself, now I have the right pair and I have never felt better. At the end of the day, it's a lot cheaper to buy 1 pair of good shoes than it is to go to the chiropractor and doctor from not wearing the right pair of shoes. Lastly, my favorite part is that Fleet Feet is a family owned store that gives back to the Tulsa & Broken Arrow community. When you shop local, you are supporting your hometown and where you live. They also have many pairs of shoes that are only available in store, you can't purchase them online, which makes your shoes unique and special! Love this store, and I love supporting local businesses!

I like that the employees know about the products sold in the store. Some are more knowledgeable but the new ones are learning. They ask when you come into the store what they can help you with. The store carries a variety of products at different price ranges. It is clean and organized. And the employees know your name after you shop or if you are in one of the programs. Friendly. I recommend the store and programs all the time.
