This was our first time and the lady was very helpful. We were in the Broken Arrow Store on Sat, March 16th. She went above and beyond and answered questions my son had on a watch. She even looked it up on the computer for him to compare. We will be back, becausr we had such a wonderful experience.
I came in, never have been fitted before. I was wearing shoes too small which caused me to have both my big toenails to be taken off. Libby explained the correct size, what the best shoe to fit my needs and taught me a way to tie my shoes to help with my narrow heals. I was not going into the store to buy a pair but she definitely showed me the difference of what a good fitted shoe could do for me and convenced me to buy a pair. I bought a pair I would of never looked at unless she helped me. I would highly recommend Libby to anyone I know. Coming from a management sales background she did an amazing job and should be recognized for it.

Great customer service. Greg is our absolute favorite... we try to go to KingsPointe on the days he works so we will always get him. We often have to wait our turn but his help, knowledge, friendliness and kindness makes it worth it. He is the reason we come back. No joke.
