First off, the attention spent on trying to assess my needs and finding the right product was amazing. They were not trying to rush through the process for just a sale. They were genuinely concerned about making sure I received the product that was right for me. They presented me with several options and let me take my time deciding what worked best for me. I am very happy with the staff and the products I bought.
Personal service to address customer needs and fair prices. I came in for the first time with plantar fasciitis. I was expecting to find jacked-up prices and high-pressure salespeople. Instead, I found wonderful, friendly salespeople who were prepared to fit me with the right type of shoes and inserts, and share additional advice. My total expense came in far less than I was expecting. I will return the next time I need footwear.

I would like to see more selection of colors. I just bought some New Balance 860's and the comfort is great, but you only had 1 color to select from.
