Jamie was very friendly but professional. She let me do a lot of the talking in the beginning so she could learn about my needs, concerns, and desires. Then she delivered the exact pair of shoes that fit all of those things for my feet! The shoes weren’t something I would have ever picked out for myself as they are bulky and colorful (not my go-to running shoe) but I realized my feet needs trumped what my feet look like. I highly recommend fleet feet and will be a loyal customer for life!

Everything! The associates are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I've been going to Fleet Feet Broken Arrow for a few years now, and have never been disappointed with the service or the quality of shoes (which have gotten me through a handful of half marathons)!
I like being greeted every time I go in by a friendly face and asked what I'm shooping for, the staff is great at fitting shoes for all activities and always very knowledgeable about thier products.
The associate that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. It took trying on a few pairs before finding the right shoe and orthotic. The associate made my shopping experience a pleasant one. The selection of shoes and other products was excellent but that is nothing compared to the staff. I am a returning customer and it is the staff that keeps me coming back.

We love our Broken Arrow Fleet Feet store. We drive over two hours to get there and regularly buy our shoes, socks, etc. from our store. We highly recommend it to everyone! When others say maybe I can get my shoes online or at a discount store cheaper cheaper, we do our best to let them know that they won't get the exceptional customer service, the correct shoe fitting and the guarantee that you get at Fleet Feet. That is why we continue to keep getting our shoes at Fleet Feet and recommend it all we meet. Of course, Diane is the the awesome!
