Quality haircuts with pleasant and professional barbers. I miss the neck massages (a New York State "thing" banned neck massages for whatever reason in this state), but I wish the company would extend the MVP time in the massage chair.
Also, I wish there was a way for me to track who cut my hair across my visits, so I can select my favorite hair cutters on my next visit. I know that the same personnel are not on every time I visit, but it would be nice the be able to use an app or website (preferably both) to schedule my favorite cutter for my upcoming visit. For example, the app would let me see which cutters are on duty, knowing my favorite two cutter are never on duty at the same time. I cold then schedule my cut for when one of my favorites is available and on-duty.

Didn’t have a wait to start with my review but also had an amazing lady cut my hair and do the wash/warm towel hands down best young lady there super friendly easy going and very easy to carry a conversation with she did an amazing job with my hair and beard wish I would of got her name

The people, specifically Mindy at the Syracuse Fairmount location. She is fantastic at cutting hair and providing nice conversation, all the while. She’s a delightful person who is excellent at her job.

My son is autistic and very sensitive to hair cutting, tools being used, and more. The staff at Sports Clips have always been sweet and patient with him. Over the years, he has become so relaxed with getting his haircut and he loves the extras. I always have him get the hot towel and head massage treatment and he melts into it! The staff now know him well and love seeing him visit.
The stylist was very professional and really listened to me, as I was changing hairstyles and needed advice. She took her time and made sure to communicate with me the entire time.
They cut women hair also.
