I got my nails done yesterday at Venus Nails next door to the Fairmount location of SportClips. I decided to get my hair done so walked next door to SportClips as a walkin. I was greeted by Jenna. Jenna styled my hair and did an awesome job! She is a wonderful stylist!
Called first as could not book on line and "not busy" so went to Clay location, walked right to the chair....great conversation so didn't have to listen Stephen A....

I only choose Sport Clips because of Roe being there. I don't even like sports!
There are a lot of stylists out there that can cut hair, but your business is truly about your unique employees, their values, and how well they treat/respect the clients.
Without that, you can do every gimmick in the book to try to set yourself apart as a franchise, but it won't mean anything.
But because of Roe, getting a haircut is far less of a chore or something on my to-do list; it's truly an enjoyable time.
I didn’t have to wait and I was seated right away. Very friendly and a great haircut.
Roe was awesome with my kids and did fantastic cuts that I can maintain without hair products as my kids don't like them.
