The service is top notch!
I like the ability to check-in via the app, and that it tells you what your wait time is. It makes it convenient to check-in ahead of time and to plan your visit.
I also enjoy the scalp and shoulder massage offered during the MVP session. It’s nice to be able to treat myself periodically.
Lastly, I really appreciate the service I receive from my stylist, Brittany. She is lovely and very sociable, and does well to make me feel comfortable during my visits.

App works very well, I actually like the COVID experience of checking in and then just showing up when it's time. Sometimes the wait time will change drastically, from 20-30 minutes to ready for you now, of someone to temper that might be nice.

I have three sons and had three different stylists and they all did an awesome job - my sons looked so handsome afterwards! My only issue is how expensive it is for my younger boys, ages 4 and 6. I wish there was one more lower price tier for younger kids.
