The drop off and pick up times are fantastic since I work on the opposite side of the city. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable with any questions. My dog loves going and is absolutely exhausted at the end of the day which makes me happy.

The people working at dogtopia are very kind. It’s a place I feel safe dropping me dog off to, they always fill me in on his day and i’m glad to bring my dog somewhere that the people are so caring towards him.

I like how thorough Dogtopia was with the examination. I like that they introduced all the dogs slowly to ensure safety for all animals. I love the video feed that I can check up on my pup throughout the day. I loved how friendly the staff were, and how they followed up after our visit. You really get a sense of how passionate they are about the care of the dogs.
Friendly service and the care you show For the dogs and your progress reports. We also loved being able to check on our Charlie through the live webcams
Moxxie loves loves loves her “school day” every week, and I love that I can leave her for the day in a safe, secure environment, knowing she will not only be engaged and enriched, but I can check in at any time with their cameras and see for myself how much fun she is having. The staff are fantastic, friendly and hands on with all the pups. The rooms are clean and well kept, with lots of areas for both social butterflies and dogs that want some space. .

Even though it was only the initial evaluation I was very impressed with the warmth and honesty of the staff. The last thing I would have wanted is for them to say that Neeka could join the daycare just to get the business. So - maybe she could get evaluated again sometime!

Hana loves to visit Dogtopia in Pickering. She is so excited and immediately recognizes where she is from the parking lot. When picking her up, she is so tired from playing with her friends.
Dogtopia is very convenient and we know Hana is in good hands.
It was our first visit and it looked very clean and organized. Always like the video to watch our dog.
