Atmosphere was very pleasant, front desk lady was very welcoming. Marie was very knowledgeable about the products she used and the benefits I could see from them.
My session was very good. My husband's however was not. Although he mentioned that his calves were sore he wished the masseur worked a little longer on that area. He was also surprised that the session was shorter. Our appointments were scheduled 16:00-17:00. We were both surprised that they ended at 16:45.

Get as close to an actual hour massage as opposed to 45 or 50 minutes. The prices have gone up, so I was hopeful that the actual massage time would've gone up. Also, weekends would be nice for us working-class people :-)
Just had my first massage with Malik. Fabulous! He found all the right spots on this poor hurting body of mine.

too much turnover, not enough therapists who work on weekends.
The costs have gone up significantly. I prefer to pay before my session, not to be told I can just pay after. Also, please train front desk staff better.

I came to get a face wax. I have been before and the lady was very nice and did a wax on my face by just applying the wax and no using strips. I enjoyed it. This time I came and the lady was nice but yet it took forever. She questioned everything . Took at least 10 minutes just on my eyebrow. She then got to my chin and complained about it the whole time. That my hair was too course and what was I doing to it? And she even squeezed the hairs like she was popping a pimple. Very uncomfortable and unnecessary. First time in 20 years I have ever had anyone do that. I will not return if she is there.
Atmosphere inside is very relaxing. Staff is very friendly. Always feel awesome when I’m leaving.

I like how each massage therapist has different t techniques. Which makes me like them more. Also, Nagam is the best. I’ve learned so much about my skin and have fallen more in love with dermalogica products.
