The therapist was great, I had back and hip pain and it wasn’t really tailored towards that though. That is the only reason I came in and I left not feeling anything different. I think she was focused more on finishing the whole body instead of where my pain was… this isn’t a place where they can customize your visit to help with what’s going on
Hi Sly. Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you didn't feel any different when you left. We can actually completely customize a massage to your specific needs. You can have just your back or target areas focused on, if that is what you'd like. All you need to do is discuss what you are looking for with your therapist during the time he/she asks you what you have come in for. We look forward to seeing you again.
I had another wonderful massage at LaVida this week, it was so relaxing and enjoyable! Summer was my therapist and I always love the welcoming and beautiful atmosphere at LaVida. Perfect way to end the week, highly recommend!

Massages are wonderful but they are very pricey. When you go up to $80 for existing customers, you will lose me.
I am disabled and have trouble moving. Erik is very kind and understanding of my disability and helpful in me getting on and off the table and flipping over. The staff is so friendly and welcoming.
