MY PLACE FEELS REALLY CLEAN AND THE SMELL OF THE CLEANING PRODUCTS WAS NOT OVERWHEL.ING

Coni did an excellent deep clean, working 4 1/2 hours straight without stopping! Our rented house wasn’t even clean when we moved in 19 months ago, but it sure is now. We are very pleased even from this first visit.

This past redo visit on Wed the 16 was the perfect example of what you should be about. I mean the supervisor always needs to come behind and check. The house cleaner/cleaners need to take pride and want to do a thorough job based on what the customer outlines for work needing done. I aways need a thorough vacuming, dusting, rugs shaken and put back down after floors thoroughly mopped, my bed sheets changed washed and dried, sinks, toilet and tub thoroughly cleaned including soap dishes, counters cleaned, items put back in their place when moved for cleaning, all bed lennons even at the top for the comforter, both blankets and the top sheet, sheets tucked in thoroughly along with the blanket right next to the top sheet (electric blanket and spread cannot be tucked into mattress, emptying my trash and putting in new bags if needed, cleaning windows, and baseboards as needed. Yes, I have a list, but I am paying very good money once a month and demand and expect things are going to be done correctly and with care. The cleaner/cleaners, must be careful of airlooms, like my glassware, angels, crosses, and quilt at bottom of bed (Note quilt is kept folded like it is now at foot of bed and at bottom of bed). What you all did for the redo on Oct 16, must absolutely must continue every time you come to my place. I nor do you have time for constant do overs. Thank you.

The cleaning this past Saturday was really good and one of the better ones I’ve had in a while! She did a great job and I just wanted to pass that along :)

The cleaning products leave my home with a pleasant, clean aroma.

Not sure what products were used but they didn’t leave a film on anything or a disinfectant smell.

Merry Maids staff do excellent work, arrive promptly (unless we are out of office and delay them inadvertently). I appreciate the staff's hard work and thoroughness.

I have found the Merry Maids team to very effective in performing their jobs. They are courteous and respectful in all of their dealings with home owners. They promptly get to work upon their arrival and does not waste time until the job is completed. Excellent team of professionals.

All biodegradable. No slippery shiny floors or cabinets. Everything was fresh and clean. And spotless mirrors! Great job. No harsh strong cleaning odors.
