I love everything except that I get asked to do a survey after every visit. I know the intention is to keep a sharp focus on the customer service but getting this many survey requests gets a bit annoying.

Your staff at the El Dorado Hills store is talented, courteous and professional. While I have been seeing the same professional stylist for years, the leadership she displays everyday has demonstratively percolated throughout her entire team. I have never experienced a more pleasant environment for a haircut and I have tried dozens of shops before this store opened. I look forward to catching up with Danie and her team every time I walk in the door.
