Jenna is the absolute best! She consistently gives a great haircut and beard trim and is cheerful, friendly, and genuine. My son is an adult with disabilities and often people overlook him and just talk to whoever brings him. Not Jenna. She engages him and even remembers details he has shared in the past. We love that we can get on the list and select Jenna, instead of other places where you can just get on the list. Do everything you can to recognize and keep Jenna!
My second time here within a weeks time. I had long hair and wasn’t sure on cutting it off the first time. That’s why I came back and Diana cut my hair for me. She was amazing!! I wasn’t sure of the haircut I wanted and she was very friendly/knowledgeable/kind and took the time to help me out and she did a very good job. I am extremely satisfied with the service I got. I wish more workers would take the time to go out of there way to help there customers like she did. What a great employee you have there at store #05-254.
