I like that the associates engage with the clients in conversation that cover a whole litany of topics. I appreciate that Alicia was trained in both barber and stylist techniques. It is hard to find people that are competent with both techniques. Having the MVP service is a way for men to spoil themselves.

I have been going to Sports Clips for quite a while, and have never had a bad experience, yesterday was no different. When I checked in online, it said I had 49 minutes and it takes me about 35 minutes to get there. When I arrived, the board said I had 82-minute wait time. I told that to Samantha, who ended up being my stylist, and she fixed it and took me right in.
This was the first time I had Samantha do my hair and was not disappointed. I always get the MVP; she did a great job. After washing my hair, and while giving the shoulder massage, she explained the difference between the different kinds of products, which I rarely use, but allowed her to put a dry product in, looked great.
Thank you Samantha, as always, a great experience and I will certainly be back.
