Usually easy to get same day appointments with only a short wait. Stylists are friendly. Some are better than others for my hair. Rachel at the Folsom Broadstone location is fantastic. Amy at the El Dorado Hills Town Center location is very good. Both are extraordinarily friendly and service oriented.
Kassie always does an amazing job. They were booked throughout the whole day, people were walking in and had to be turned down because they were so busy. However, once I got in the chair it didn’t feel like it was busy at all. Kassie does a great job at providing a great customer service even when they are busy.

I like the general atmosphere and familiarity with the consistency of the staff. However, I am incredibly frustrated with your app, multiple times, as in most often, when I select a stylist, especially my 'favored stylist', I'm thrown into the 'first available' reservation que, and many times my reservation doesn't take effect at all .... I'll arrive at the salon expecting service near a specific time, then sit and watch as others who walk in after me, be served before I am. Honestly, if I didn't like the staff, I would go somewhere else. As a human, I prefer consistent, predictable experiences with service oriented retailers ..... it's been quite some time since I've had this experience with my favorite Sports Clips. I may add this background information, I grew up in a family owned, multi-product, multi-services retail business, which was in business nearly one hundred years.
Samantha has been cutting my hair for years and always does a great job. She always recommends amazing products to help keep my head moisturized. She goes above and beyond to always ensure I have a great and enjoyable visit.
